The GTA 6 mission list isn't public yet. What Rockstar has confirmed: Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are the protagonists. "When an easy score goes wrong", they're caught in a criminal conspiracy across the state of Leonida. Walkthroughs for every mission unlock after launch on 19 November.

The story so far
Jason and Lucia "have always known the deck is stacked against them". After a job goes wrong, they end up "on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America" and have to rely on each other to make it out alive Confirmed [1].

- Story size: the in-game checklist counts 69 story missions. Heists and the ending branch, so one playthrough covers around 74 of 83 missions in total [1].
- Branching heists: some heists let you pick an approach. The Jewel Store Job, for example, could be done smart or loud, and the story has three possible endings [1].
- Medals: finishing a mission earned bronze, meeting at least one optional objective earned silver, and meeting all of them earned gold. You could replay missions from the pause menu, and objectives you'd already met carried over [1].
- Gold trophy: 70 gold medals across story missions and Strangers and Freaks unlocked "Solid Gold, Baby!" [1].
