Can you cancel a GTA 6 pre-order?
PlayStation Store
"Paid for your pre-order more than 14 days before the main product release date you may cancel a pre-order at any time before the release date and receive a refund." If you paid 14 days or less before release, you can cancel "up to 14 days after payment was taken". But: "If you have started to download or stream the main part of the pre-order, you will not be able to obtain a refund unless the item is faulty." Xbox and Microsoft Store
"If you cancel a pre-order after it's billed but before it's released, we'll process it as a refund." Microsoft may charge a card "up to 10 days before the release date". [1] After release, digital games "aren't refundable unless the offer or applicable law states that you're eligible for a refund"; Xbox has its own request form. [1] [2]
