Rockstar released the GTA 6 Launch Trailer on 15 October 2026, five weeks before launch. It is set to "Flower in a Hurricane", a new Justice single with Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. Confirmed

What Rockstar released

The Launch Trailer went up on the Newswire on Thursday 15 October 2026. The post reuses the story line from Trailer 2: Jason and Lucia's easy score goes wrong, and they end up in a criminal conspiracy that stretches across the state of Leonida.

The music is the news. The trailer features "Flower in a Hurricane" by Justice feat. Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. Rockstar says the single is also on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the official soundtrack, which you can pre-save on streaming services or pre-order on vinyl or CD at gtavi-thealbum.com.

“Check out the new Launch Trailer, featuring new music from electronic duo Justice, composers of the original score from Grand Theft Auto VI.”

Rockstar Games, Newswire, 15 October 2026

Where it fits

It is the fourth video on our list of official trailers. Trailer 1 came on 5 December 2023 and Trailer 2 on 6 May 2025, both on the Newswire. An Extended Look, captured from PS5 gameplay, premiered on Netflix on 27 August 2026.

What changed

Of the Newswire posts we've read, this is the first to name Justice as the composers of the game's original score. Earlier music posts, the 17 September album announcement and the 8 October radio post, mentioned a dynamic score but named no composer. The post also said a score album was coming, without a date.

What's next

Rockstar dated the score album two weeks later: Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score by Justice, 30 tracks, on 11 December. The game itself arrives on Thursday 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and digital pre-orders can pre-load from 12 November. Every official video is listed on our trailers page.
