LEONIDA UNLOCKED

Editorial policy

By · Updated · Every fact labelled and sourced

Every fact on Leonida Unlocked carries a label (Confirmed, Reported, Leaked or Unknown) and a link to its source, and we check it against that source before publishing. This page explains how we source, check, label and correct what we publish.

Sourcing labels

  • Confirmed Rockstar, Take-Two, Sony or Microsoft said it, on a page we link.
  • Reported A reputable outlet reported it. We name and link the outlet.
  • Leaked Unofficial data (store databases, datamines). Kept apart and labelled.
  • Unknown Not announced. We say so instead of guessing.

Official sources come first: the Rockstar Newswire, Rockstar Support, Take-Two filings and the PlayStation and Xbox stores. Prices on where to buy come only from store pages we opened, with the time we checked.

Check before publish

  • Each item links its source, and we read that source before publishing.
  • Dates and times are given with their time zone.
  • We don't invent numbers, cheats, locations, prices or quotes. If something isn't known, the page says Unknown or Price TBA.
  • News stories go through the same build checks: an https source, a label, dates and a unique address.

Leaks and rumours

We never host or link leaked footage, images, code, audio or downloads. Rumours and leaks are kept out of the news feed on a separate leaks and rumours section, each described in our own words with a link to reputable coverage and a credibility label. We don't publish personal information about anyone involved.

Corrections

If we get something wrong we fix the page, change its Updated date and log the change on corrections, with what we said, what's right and the source. Send a correction through submit a tip.

AI-assisted drafting

Some text is drafted with AI assistance, then checked against the linked sources and edited by the editor before it goes live. Facts are never taken from an AI tool without a source.

Independence

Unofficial fan site, not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two. We use no Rockstar artwork, logos, fonts or screenshots; pictures are original illustrations. There are no ads or affiliate links at the moment, and if that changes the pages will say so.

Who writes it

Stories and guides are written under the byline Leo Vance, the pen name of the site's editor. More on the site: about and sources.
