Analytics and cookies
No accounts and no ads. The countdown and tools run in your browser, and the completion tracker saves only to your own browser's local storage.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, doesn't collect personal data and doesn't fingerprint visitors. It only measures aggregate page views, visits and page performance. It runs separately from Google Analytics, which still loads only after you accept cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics privacy information.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides are useful, but only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. Until then nothing is loaded from Google. If you accept, Google sets first-party cookies (_ga) and receives page views, rough location, device and browser type. GA4 doesn't log or store IP addresses. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, ad cookies stay denied (Consent Mode v2), and we don't sell or share data. Decline, or change your mind with Cookie settings in the footer, and analytics stays off. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Launch alert emails
If you sign up for the launch alert, we store your email address, the page you signed up on and the time, and use it for one email at launch. You can delete it any time.
