An Australian account used interstate still waits for the Australian timestamp; a New Zealand account unlocks earlier, at 10pm AEDT on Wednesday 18 November.

Boxed copies in Western Australia

Confirmed [1] JB Hi-Fi and EB Games both list Australian code-in-box pre-orders with delivery from that date; JB Hi-Fi also says pickup starts then. Details, without invented stock, are on GTA 6 at JB Hi-Fi and EB Games.
