A giant GTA 6 ad is going up on Berlin's Park Inn hotel at Alexanderplatz, Berliner Zeitung reports

A huge Grand Theft Auto VI advertisement is being installed on the facade of the Park Inn hotel at Berlin's Alexanderplatz, Berliner Zeitung reported on 4 November 2026. Reporter Gina Wendt wrote that the artwork was going up window by window and, while not yet complete, already covered a large part of the hotel's facade. The paper said the Park Inn declined to say how much the advertising cost, and that a widely quoted 150 million US dollar estimate for the global campaign is not officially confirmed. Reported

What is on the Park Inn
Berliner Zeitung says anyone crossing Alexanderplatz can hardly miss the ad: a giant GTA 6 motif is being fixed to the Park Inn's facade, window by window. At the time of the report it was not fully installed but already took up a considerable part of the building. The paper notes that Alexanderplatz is one of Berlin's busiest spots and the Park Inn's facade is visible from far away.
The paper also says GTA 6 ads have appeared in Cologne and Munich, and that large motifs have been spotted in New York and Paris. We have only repeated those mentions; we have not independently checked each city.

The campaign budget is not confirmed
Berliner Zeitung cites a US local politician, René Garcia, who estimated Rockstar's advertising budget at at least 150 million US dollars, and states plainly that this figure is not officially confirmed. Treat it as an estimate. The Park Inn declined to tell the paper how much the Alexanderplatz placement cost.
The article also mentions a reported figure of around 975,000 dollars for a Welcome to Vice City sign on a Miami arena roof. That is the paper's report, not a Rockstar statement.
Release date check
Rockstar's own release information is unchanged: the Rockstar Games GTA VI page still lists 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with digital pre-load opening on 10 November. No PC version has been announced. Berliner Zeitung also gives 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
